I still don't know why Sorensen turned down Udinese? That is the perfect club to develop. Only thing I can think of is that they said to him he wasn't guaranteed to start, which is correct considering that he is nowhere near consistent enough to demand that right now. He's not exactly Benatia, and Udinese have a million defenders on their books.

FUCK THE WHITE SHITE
:D

Well, I like Leeds a lot. They're my second team. My father supports them, so I was spoonfed "Leeds Leeds Leeds" and "Marching on together" since birth. It wasn't enough to turn me into a loyal white, though. I've been to Elland Road a few times, and it's a marvellous club that I only want to see do well, but.... Fell for Juve :touched:

Since Leeds and Juve are linked through John Charles, my father had no problem accepting my decision. He's much more annoyed with my brother who follow Chelsea :howler:

Anyway, he's quite pro-Juve, actually. I suppose the fact that Leeds beat Juve in the UEFA Cup final in 1971 also helped with that.

And the fact that we both can hate Liverpool with a passion.

Nice, Jemmo. I remember reading on here at some point that you were a bit of a Leeds fan. Now I know the back story :D

And I can't believe your brother supports Chavski FFS :D

I've been in a fair few scraps with big mouthed Leeds fans, that shit plus 'Yorkshire! Yorkshire!' all in and around the stadium does tend to get on your nerves after a while :D In fact my first experience of a full scale brawl in our stadium was against Leeds, and the first person I ever had to hit myself was also a Leeds fan during a different game, we were both about 15 and I caught him with a beauty  Funniest part was that I was at that game with my best mate, who was a Leeds fan.

I do love the passion and pride of their fans, however. Once you get past it you realise it's all a front and banter. There isn't enough of that left in English football any more, it's been drained out of fans. You'd have to get the likes of Leeds back in the PL to see it, outside of Liverpool and Newcastle (imo).

So true

Speaking of deluded Leeds fans, btw. Their new owner isn't disappointing them on that matter :D

He's going to be perfect for them, honestly.
Well, since he took over I started to follow leeds a bit more. Pozzo family has done a better job in england actually, be they found a better base and still owns Udinese, Granada and Rapid Bucharest, while Cellino is on his own actually
