And that's why I'd bet on this guy to be the star of this team first before yildiz.
this is chico's 5th season in a senior 1st division team so he's supposed to be ahead of yildiz - who started to play 1st team matches only last season - in terms of development. and their numbers reflect this: 2g2a for chico in 385 minutes (a goal or an assist in every 96 minutes), 3g2a for yildiz in 851 minutes, so a goal or an assist in every 170 minutes

both are doing well but our iturbe's explosiveness speaks for itself

From the first time when I saw his highlight when we are linked to him, I can see his style of play is very Messi-like, his small body posture, but I think he need to get more strong in his lower body to be able to do his manouvre for full match.

And the difference, hence it is small is in the smoothness of movement when changing direction, if Messi is 10/10, Chucky is around 7-8/10 for me. This difference for example with Messi's dribble, Boateng is asleep to the ground, while with Chico he probably just stoned

Well exactly, this is precisely the issue. Any young kids trying to learn the position should be watching and trying to imitate him.
It's an issue because idiot Italians still cling to their defense first football philosophy and opt to use 5-3-2 like formation where offensive wingers can't play in.

or they just don't have good enough wingers currently to implement a formation relying on wingers

in 2021 italy won the euros with insigne and chiesa in the starting lineup

This guy need to constantly on the opponent half, release him from defensive duty, as he is not that impose in defending but the more he near opponent penalty area more chances will happen, he need to play like Messi, do the scanning and just walking when he is off the ball to conserve energy, but once he is with the ball he will dribble past 2-3 defenders then shot/pass/cross to create goals

It is still okay if he do some press high up the pitch or to block some passing lane from their defender

crippled chiesa 1st and 30 year old berna almost making it to the top10 is all you need to know :hihi:
The way that Italy is running this sport is just laughable, we live through an age where 2 wingers are being debated as 2 GOAT footballers but then we turn to the Italian side where we can see such an incredible list of Italian wingers that are currently active.
