Sad to see last season's surprise package Montpellier losing some of their best players. Eduardo Costa moved to Valencia, their goalkeeper Carasso and their forward Victor Montano both moved to Rennes.

All 3 were regular starters for Montpellier and all 3 had very good seasons and along with Emir Spahic were Montpellier's best players.

I distantly remembered him from his time in the Croatian league and then all of a sudden I saw him captaining Bosnia last season where he was great (he plays LB for Bosnia. Same in Montpellier?). Good to hear that he's doing good. But I think he should be very old by now because it's like 10 years when he played in the CRO league.

Edit: Oh, he's 29. I thought he was much older than that.

Spahic plays as a Centerback in Montpellier, he's a very good reader of the ball and rather decent technically for a defender. He's never played as a leftback, are you sure we're talking about the same player? I can't imagine Spahic playing as a leftback

and yes he had a very good season, Imo was one of the best centerbacks in the Ligue last season.

Not really any specific reason I said that. I wanted to play FM with some weak club and surprisingly it was them who crossed my mind. :tongue: And I did, I made one good looking team!

I love making changes in a squad so I sold many players so I could build something for myself. They had many LB/RB players. And I had to sell one of their best players Payer (to Arsenal) because his value was high.

Bayal and Miralles are probably my best players while Riviere and Matuidi seem like a great potential. My team looks like this, and it's a first season. I didn't really play much as it's only October

It's the same player. He played as a LB for Bosnia on some of the matches I saw. Against Portugal and Belgium for example. Perhaps he was only covering the position for an injured or suspended player.

Yeah that's Milan's boy. About Yatabare, it seems he's great in real life, even Arsenal really wanted and he's a very good winger for me as well.

I've heard of Yatabare, though i've never watched him play.

In real life, Benaloaune is a lot better than Bayall Sall who is a very clumsy and poor defender actually

Also Payet is probably one of St Etienne's best players in real life too. Fofana is overrated on FM, he's not that good anymore, he doesn't even start for Toulouse and was a one season wonder(one of the best centerbacks in Ligue two years ago)
