They can see all of your reps and hopefully none of the PM's. The only way to get banned for a rude PM is to send one to a mod.

But how can they ban me over someting which I can invent myself? Who is to stop me from showing Red or Dule for example an invented PM from you where you cursed at me?

How's the PM's different from the comments you receive from reputation thingy? Why isn't that thing controlled?

Because it's too much work to monitor closely, so action will only be taken if a complaint is made.
