Does anyone know what creative freedom is in FM2005 and how it affects the gameplay ??

If you select not much creativity freedom your team will be like a robot.If you select much your team will do unpredictable moves on the pitch.It's all about the players you have.

for example

70's Ajax- Much creativity freedom

70's Bayern- Not so much creativity freedom

but if the players creative freedom is above 15, then its good right ?

if your player has creativity up to 15 you it's good to give them much creativity freedom

I dont think you can. AFAIK you ca only apply for the job if it's vacant, and wait to see if they want you.

There was a sort competition for FM 2005 to give your face and name to computer generated players, and I was one of the people who got in.
