if you are a good enough manager, you do majority instalments and by the time its affecting the club you will be such a big team it wont matter.

In my first month at udinese i spent 100 mil for my team of wonderkids, two seasons later i won the champions league and won the scudetto + CI twice.

Preferences -> display & sound -> window setting -> display mode -> windowed

check the "always reload skin on confirm"
