Change formation! Use the back-up keeper! Train the players into new positions! Buy a new keeper! 
The 10.3 Matchengine has one major flaw imo:
-Its very hard to make some good crosses into the box, and even if a player manages to make a nice cross the header will rarely hit the target. Wingplay and therefore wingers are ineffective and the game is heavily based on through balls and narrow formations.
They greatly improved keepers though. They are still too strong but they dont overperform that often anymore(9.7 Ratings for an average keeper). You may tell your stikers to shoot with power.
