yeah, it's too easy with big teams. but i don't have the nerve to play with small teams anymore, gone are the days of cm3 when me and fulham ruled europe for 7 years.

i used to play before, with lower clubs such as fulham(at the time they were in leauge one) and see if i could win europe with them, after 3 years i succeded. once i played with york also, i brought them from leauge 2 to win the premiership after 4 years, i think. i never liked changing teams, i don't have the heart to leave a team i built, and see it sold out and destroyed by some bozo after me, and that happens on a regular basis in this game.

try once not following that rule. i sold everyone at peak value, in fm2005, and had a balance over 500 000 mil euro after 5 seasons. try it it's fun. i sold emerson to real after the first season for 49 mil, camo for 35....but the key is not to transfer list them. play them and the offers that come are crazy.

i went Peterborough and took them to top of the Championship, (bt i got bored and quit that game after a while of having no money, u wanna start a new game at a decent team)

i also went Gretna in Scotland they are brilliant (good ambitious owner and decent team)n and won the SPL and UEFA cup with them.

i wanted to try play with small team and work my way up to eventually manage a big team, but u get attached to your own team.
