Is there ever a time where you give your a player an injection, and he doesn't get hurt? Seems like everytime I give an injection to a player, he gets injured in training, even when I rest him from training...
Also, is there a difference in the game between a striker and FC? I know in real life, the FC usually plays just behind a striker, but in the game if you put an FC behind the striker, he's an AMC.

i don't think it matters much as to where you play him, as so how you play him. for example, i usuall give a striker full attacking mentality, don't run with ball, just be there in attack and play short simple passes, kind of like what trez does. and i set the fc, ibra, to have lots of creative freedom, run with ball, hold up ball, even a free role and a little less attacking menatlity. that way striker is always in attack, fc roams around attack and does a lot of work, creates, dribbles, and at the end has a lot of assists. that's how i play 2 forwards always, works like a charm. 
That's where your managerial skills and understanding of Football Manager come into play. If you want one of your forwards to play slightly behind the other you have to give him individual player instructions to make him do this. For instance, if I want to play Del Piero slightly behind Trezeguet but not as an AMC I would have to split their mentalities. If they both have the same mentality or similar ones they will play close to each other, but you could give Trez a mentality of 16 or 17 and DP one of 13 or 14 and he would play slightly behind Trez. Also, DP has a PPM (player preferred move) of 'comes deep to collect ball' so give him a fair bit of creative freedom so that he does this. Don't give him a lot of closing down because that would make him pressure the opponent's defenders so if you got possession of the ball he would probably be close to a defender. With low closing down he will be in more space.
