woooooooooah 4-4-2? that has to be banned on fm, i hate it with all my life, im quite adventurous with my tactics, i use about 3 diff ones, and alternate depending on my opponents, hardly buy players for juve tho, if so its usually aguero. and more recently gattuso and pirlo :D

oh btw ive found a fantastic way to score f*ck loads of goals, u set 8 of ur players to stand on the far post wen it comes to corners and set ur best long range hitter on the outside of the area, let the ball cross for him, and he shud have a clear view of the goal, as the opponents defence are marking the 8 on the far post, and about 80% of the time its a goal, palladino owns on this :D

as for small clubs with potential, its hard to say, but ADO den haag was fun, with players like van der leegte, o brian etc...

if u reli want a challenge try taking my local team st albans in the english conference south to the prem :D

st. albans? i think il try, thers no harm in tryin
thnx for the advice
ma second formation is 4-2-0-3-1 wen trez is striker

have fun with st albans :D it'll be tough, but its reli shows ur skills if u do it properly without cheating :p

heres a hint for the lower league, loan loads of players :D

my tactics are:

--------------------x-----------

x--------------------------------------x

----------------x------x

--------------------x

x-----------x-----------x------------x

-----------------x

x---------------x---------------x

------------x-------x

x----------x--------x--------------x

---------------x-------------x

hey wats the best formation i can use with st.albans?

for lower leagues, i hate to say this but 4-4-2 is the best as its less technically complicated for the players, but as ur players gain confidence slowly introduce other formations.

urgh was in joyus celebration we i scrapped the 4-4-2

lol sure i think ima start with 4-1-3-2 n then randomly move positions
ill try to loan players into ma club but surely not from prem none will accept
ill try getting from division 1 or below
i hope it'll b fun
but will i be able to get the italy job wen lippi retires?

if you're lucky, ive been after the italy job whilst at the helm of st albans but they've won the wc twice in a row, so they are yet to sack the manager, tho i was offered the portugese job which i took, then after watching them in the wc, i was disgusted to be manager of a nation of petty divers, so i resigned, and was later offered the croatian job whoch i rejected.

lol do u think i got a better chance of the job if i wer in italy?

well actually u do stand a better chance if ur nationality is set as italian, but as ur coaching in england that may not be such a good idea, oh btw if u have the fm 06 manual, a pic of the st albans shud be sumwhere in the manual, i feel so privaledged, tho this may only be on the english version im not sure, worth a check :D.

im off to bed, nite nite, if u need any help with the game post it here, the master will help :)

This is my starting lineup:

----------Cech

Dani alves---lucio/Kompany----chivu-----dede/lahm

------------------Andy/Ottl

Aquilani-----Juninho------Ballack

Adu/Tevez----------Me

I made Andy and myself the best players in the world, so that team is sickness.

Are you also an anderlecht fan in real life? Or only in the game?

Let's say that Anderlecht is the team I follow the most in Belgium, and when I go to the stadium, it'll be in Constant VDS.

But I only support one team. Juventus.

Anyone have an edited version of FM with Juve in Serie B and with the new squad? Or can anyone tell me how to move players from one team to the other in the editor.

there are alot, but they arnt very good as clubs like genoa are still in serie c and some of the promoted/relegated teams havnt been changed, plus the points deductions havnt been programmed in, and the best bet is to wait a few more motnhs for fm 07

There's an option where you can select the rosters for July 2005 when you start a new game. My guess is that you could select July 2006 rosters but I would need to download the roster patch or something. Any sites for roster updates? Thanks!
