Well I based it on the 4-3-1-2 formation Lippi used, and how I want Juve to play in real life. But had to tinker it a bit so it really worked. I'll admit the formation on it's own may not look pretty, but then again it's not supposed to.
Allow me to explain, this is the formation with the players
Now Zambrotta has the entire left flank to himself, when he goes forward, three central defenders remain at the back. Emerson goes forward a bit to help out the attack and Camoranesi stays on the right flank to get those crosses in, and Nedved goes inside the box. So in attack it looks kinda like this :
Now when we have to defend, Zambrotta takes the DL spot ang the most right of the three defenders moves into the DR spot creating a flat back four. Emerson comes deep in midfield to help out the holding midfielder, Vieira. Nedved and Camoranesi drop abit in the midfield and try to break up play there. So in defence it kinda looks like :
Like I said this is my take on Lippi's 4-3-1-2, fm-style.
