I'd give more credit to Del Neri for keeping them both healthy, and that was back when it was 4 spots. And Marotta failed to bring Cassano and Pazzini here when he had the chance but failed. And don't give me any of that morality crap. Also gave away half of giovinco, who is basically a younger/developing cassano.

Lol you're talking like Gio is some ultra promising 19yo kid, he is 24 FFS and hasn't achived shit, he isn't and won't never be as talented as Cassano.

Del Neri's 4-4-2 was the perfect setup for that sampdoria team...I dare you to argue against that. Very straightforward with counter-attacking that went through cassano, that's why quaqliarella flourished under that system unlike ever before.

I'm not going to argue the Gio part because he hasn't been given the oppurtunity to achieve anything...and before I continue what has Cassano achieved? Besides a scudetto in which he barerly played and a liga title from years back where he really didn't do much but cause trouble..

And I place the blame on both Del Neri and Marotta for last season but want to know why Marotta gets in blamed more than DN does? Cause he had a say in his appointment, and he brings the players required for different systems. Lets see how this season turns out

Have you barely seen Cassano since he started playing at age 18 (I think)? The guys attitude can be questioned, but the talent was there to be a top player. The Inter goal still makes me smile.
