You got Songbird yet??

Check this video out:
Lemme tell you, it's amazing!!

Windows installation is straightforward, as usual..
Linux is easy if you're familiar with installing stuff..
OSX is uncharted territories :D

Let me know if anyone's interested/having trouble..

All I can say is that it's worth it :D

What do I get when I ditch Amarok?? Could I save youtube and google videos, without having to go throught the hassle of converting flv files??

Well, if you have an iPod (like I do), it's a real winner because it brings an iTunes killer that's compatible with your iPod to linux.
    Smart playlists and the like..
Thing is amaroK is still more accomplished than Songbird is as a media player, at the moment, but Songbird doesnt even have half of its planned features, so just be on the lookout..

What sold me is the fact that it's built on the mozilla engine.. so you have a browser and media player in one setup (saves loads on RAM usage, I'm sure)..

flv support isn't implemented yet, as far as I know, but it's on the map.
