As much as we need youth, we also need experience. I think that bringing in a player like Fiore along with young defenders like Ferrari and Bonera will bring balance to the team. We can not go from one extreme to the other: now we are too old, but if we buy all young players to replace our old ones, then we will be too young. It is smart to buy a range of players.

Well, I wouldn't group the two of them together, Fiore is like 29 and Ferrra is 36, so I think that the situation is a bit different. I just that having two good, expereinced playmakers on each side of our midfield is a great thing. Playing with Fiore and Nedved together would be a fearsome attack, don't you think?

I agree, to have a succesfull team you need an effective mix of youth and experience.

yes, i think so...for the midfield we would have two experienced and great players, fiore and nedved, which would have been very useful to young players.

With Fiore 28, Nedved32 , Maresca 24 and Appiah 22 we would have one of the best midfields in the world

we will have to replace neddy after 2 years
fiore after 4 years
so about 4 years of stabilty
