u15 is close to a really good level though, I've been a ref for some u15 matches and at that age the best ones are already very close to pro level, most very talented guys debut for first teams typically at 16-17

U12 or U13 I'm sure the Woman teams could beat, would look funny as well

meh poor in the US is not at all the same thing as poor in Asia.

Sure you've got Japan and S. Korea but what is the sports consuming population of those two countries? I doubt that culturally those two countries have the obsession with pro sports that the US does.
