OK, I have FIFA 2005.

I hate the camera angles. Can't get close enough to the action. The graphics are slightly better than last year. I love the "first touch" control feature that has been added, and I like the career mode a little better than last year, although I miss not being able to train indivdual players on certain skills. I aslo like having to start out as a manager for a second division club (Currently managing Hellas Verona and in 6th place after 6 matches)

Its harder to score goals this time around, mainly due to the shot reaction being a lot different than last year.

Its a little better than last year, but certainly not revolutionary.

Now with Winning Eleven having La Liga, Eredivisie, and Serie A squads, I may have to change my tune.

Andy, I'm not ready to play you yet. I'm still trying to get used to the controls.

I'm not ready to play either, considering I was supposed to recieve the game from UPS yesterday, but it seems like it won't come until later today.

My friend Burke got it yesterday and he said it was the best game he ever played.

Gray, I never said that I didn't like Winning Eleven. I enjoy Winning eleven. I just liked FIFA better because of the presentation and the fact that they had all of the actual teams, players, and the European Championship.

It also looks like FIFA has the UEFA cup this year as well.

Oh, so you've actually played WE? I wasn't under the impression that you had, since I don't recall you ever talking about it. It's good to see that you're open-minded about these things; gives me more incentive to go out and buy a big black box ;)

Oh sure, I have winnning eleven 7 for the PS2. Its a great game.

Speaking of great games, or great games that will be released soon, a friend of mine at the local Gamestop gave me a limited edition demo DVD of "Kill Zone" which is supposed to be Sony's answer to Halo.

Un-frickin-real, is all I can say.

I'm in the middle of the January transfer season with Hellas Verona, and I made a pitch for a kid from Treviso who turned me down, so then I made a pitch for Palladino and Benjamin from Salernitana. They wanted 22500 budget points for the both of them. I only had 6000.

For a team that has a Goddamn sea-horse as a logo, they've got a lot of nerve.

I started my season with Ternana. I tried to cheat the system by adding a few players to the squad before the season started. I brought in Fernando Redondo, Marek Heinz, and Enrico Chiesa, but when I started a season I couldn't choose Ternana becuase the team skill level was too high. Had to start over.

But I was able to keep Redondo and I sold some players to get young Monaco striker Emmanuel Adebayor. He has four goals in three games, and Jimenez has the same tally. My team is looking good.

But wait till I put the skill level on world class....

I'm trying to go with kids who are 21 and under. When you allocate your upgrade points to their positions, the young ones tend to develop rather quickly.

Iunco, who's my static striker, has 10 goals in 13 matches. I'm currently still 6th.

Have you found a camera angle that works well?
