i don't want llorente nor torres. i would have loved villa,

but what i really want is for napoli to fail again to qualify for CL so we can get cavani. which won't happen now anyway with llorente all set
Lorente for free seems to be a brilliant transfer. He is in his prime and is a lot better then our current center forwards. Plus if we can get him for free then sell Matri for 10-15 million we can make a run at Jovetic.

Is Llorente good for juventus ? $#@! yes

He doesnt remove the unpredictability of our frontline, he improves it.
What makes us great, is wingbacks that domminate the flank and lock it down, passing by pirlo and to lesser extend bonucci, the forward runs of marchisio and vidal. the linkup between midfieldrunners and vucinic, who is also the only one that can hold a ball, the genious of vucinic, and the speciality of the other strikers.

While vucinic hold the ball relatively close to the midfield, with Llorente we would get a player that is excellent at winning and holding balls much deeper on the field. And more then vucinic, Llorente is excellent at playing with his back to the goal. Our play will be alot more stretched, and vucinic will get more space, simular like when he played RF in 4-3-3. There will be more space for vidal and especially marchisio runners, and linkup between marchisio and vucinic will improve. We will get an aerial presence in the box. On top of that he's a better finisher then any of the forwards we have.

Drogba to italy ?

If milan are retarded, they'll put up with his wages, and one can wonder why the $#@! they sold zlatan if they do, because money they lost because wont requalify for CL+drogba wages = higher then gain from zelling zlatan

other strikers ?

No please, if we dont buy, win against celtic, AND, with luck get in semi's, we'd be on break even a year before schedule(see financial thread for nicks good article and treq's good translation).

Marotta - yet again keeping his word by signing top players on his own terms. He said he was going to do it, he didn't fall for the price of Aguero, Dzeko and the rest. Marotta is a man of his word :touched: My idol and a man everyone should aspire to be. Even you Cron.

I haven't seen Llorente often but the few times I have in the EL, he looked quite good. Yeah, he's rather slow but he's great at linking up with other players, has good technique and is a decent finisher.

His heading abilities will also be very handy.
His style is similar to that of Matri but he's obviously better. He would give us a reference point in attack. A presence in their box. As I've been saying, it's not a coincidence that we play better football when Matri is playing because of his movement off the ball and link up play with our midfielders. Llorente excels in that even more, which is why I believe Conte is really pushing for us to sign someone with those characteristics.

On Llorente's contract details.

Juve have prepared a 4 year contract worth €4.5m per season + bonuses according to Tuttosport.

Corriere Dello Sport on the other hand say its again a 4 year contract but wages of €4m per season + bonuses.
