Juventus midfielder Felipe Melo insists he has no intention of leaving the club for the allure of Real Madrid. The Brazilian has been outstanding this term which has been a stark contrast to the failure he witnessed last season.
His good form has led to widespread speculation of a January exit, but the 27-year-old has dismissed such claims.
"Real Madrid? I am happy at Juventus, and if I had wanted to leave then I would have done so last year," he is quoted as saying on Tuttomercatoweb.com.
"I am tied to Juventus and have no intention to leave. Our objective is to win something this season and we can aim for the Scudetto. Milan and Inter are a step ahead, but we are always improving.
"It will be hard to win the title, but we can."
