Though I think or Midfield is too Defensive so we should do this deal and go for a box to box kind of player and use him as Marchisio's sub just to give us some creativity in the middle of the pitch.

That's what Marotta was reported to have been asking for. I'd take that TBH. We're more than covered in the midfield area and we've been desperately lacking a decent LB for more than 3 seasons now. Clichy would cover that position while the deal would still generate money for that back up CB Del Blacks was asking for and hopefully help save the rest of our money for Krasic or any decent winger for that matter.
