I think what he is,is that he is overly passionate,and he tends to hate cheatin,whining or just plain old stupid players..look at the players he has done stupid stuff to,Robben,Balotelli,Gattuso..so yeah,i admire his intentions,but i think he just needs to fix a few things,and lose the hating
