CBF deny Melo-Kaka bust up

The Brazilian Football Federation has denied claims that Felipe Melo was involved in a training ground bust up with Kaka.
Brazilian newspaper Estado de Sao Paulo carried a report on Saturday that technical staff had to intervene after Melo apparently crunched Kaka with a dangerous tackle during training at Randburg High School in South Africa.
Kaka is said to have refused Melo's apologies and stormed off the field, perhaps fearful that his team-mate could have caused an injury that might have put his World Cup at risk.
A statement released on the CBF's website read: “The episode never happened as nearly 400 professional journalists who are accredited to follow the Brazilian national team's training sessions can prove.
“The clarification around the falsehood of such a story is owed to Melo feeling unjustly involved in an event that never happened and that regards above all a great friend like Kaka.”
