why is that??
only area we lack in comparison with inter is our wingbacks
gk theres not much difference
CB so far we are better
attack is more or less balance or maybe we have the edge
and our midfield is now btter
Inter's defense is clearly superior, including the CB department. We have Chiellini, but they have Cordoba, Samuel, and Chivu. In attack they have Ibrahimoblotch and Buttertelli, in addition to Milito so I guess we are even. In midfield, with the acquisition of Melo, we have a slight advantage, because they still have players like Cambiasso, Stankovic, and Motta.

Inter have better fullbacks. Our CB are better, they have Cordoba, Samuel, and Chivu who is overated.
We have Chiellini, and Cannavaro.

the mid ours is definetely better (if we sign Melo ofcourse), BUT they have more depth, and more cover for every position.

Attack we have DP, Amauri, Iaquinta, and Trez.
They have Ibrahimovic (one of the best in his position and in the world), Balloteli (a great young player and very underated IMO), and Milito, who you all know his scoring rate.
IMO their attack is superior.
so overall I guess it is a tie, but they have more depth, and a WC coach. We have an unproven Ferrara, but I am optimistic about him.

The favourites for the scudetto remains Inter, BUT if we sign fullbacks, then it changes the whole picture.

I don't know what you guys are waitning for. Imo he's top 5 DMs you could find. The other ones are De Rossi, Yaya Toure, Mascherano and Essien. Give Melo one season with a strong team like you guys are and he will shine for sure.

only area theyre leading us is fullbacks. DP+Amauri>Ibra+Milito.

I'm an Arsenal fan btw. So don't expect me to be this friendly if you guys bag little Cesc :D
It's all media speculating so far. I don't know what our club is doing with the transfers so far. We need a left winger a LB and maybe a new striker cause' we chased Eto'o away (how stupid are we? one of the best strikers in the world?!). I just don't see where Cesc is supposed to play when we already have Xavi and Iniesta? But tbh, we (Cules) all think Cesc will come to Barca in 1-2 seasons to take Xavi's spot. Cesc was a raised by Barca and he's Catalan so we do have a strong connection with him.

You're right in your last statement. Most rational Arsenal fans acknowledge the idea that Cesc will be back to Barca sooner or later. We just one him to extend his stay as much as possible.

I think it's media talk too, for two reasons. You guys are probably going to spend the bulk of your transfer budget on David Villa thats one. And two, Cesc isn't really needed for the time being. Like you said you have Iniesta and Xavi there.

I too believe you guys haven't treated Eto'o well enough. I can see why he's making such a big fuss about it. Villa is the only adequate replacement for Eto'o in the market. If you guys don't get Villa and Samu leaves, your in heaps of trouble.

I don't think barca needs any player in midfield nor attack, 1-2 buys indefence and the team is complete
