great news to wake up to. secco has metaphorically given udinese the finger, after the d'agostino bullshit. the midfield looks tip top, and it just a matter of fixing the defense. just got a new motorbike, works going great and melo to juve just made my week.

hopefully he wont be doing this to us anymore, but for us....

:edit: look how many times he drops back to get the ball from defense. That is exactly what we need from our CM. So much easier for the defense and the build up. Shame on those who thought Diego should drop back to get the ball....DIEGO DOES NOT BELONG IN THE HOLE!

I am more impressed by his great passing of the ball in this video, especially for the forwards.

I agree, that is what I am saying though....he is making himself available deep enough where he has time to make that good pass and not allowing the clumsy defenders to attempt the pass. His vision is great and he attempts all kinds of passes...right foot, left foot, outside of the foot, first touch. etc he isnt afraid to try anything.

The most important part of this transfer (if hopefully it happens) is that its perfect timing. That way Melo can start pre-season from its beginning and with new players and a new system, its good to start the preseason with most of the players ready

Yeah I agree there as well. It is a good point because with the new players, a new coach, and an entirely new system of play its going to take time to gel. Who knows, maybe even Giovinco will be in the equation this year  :snoop:

Too bad Giovinco is gonna miss a big part of the preseason because of his nose operation... I hope it doesn't take him even more time to get into the system

------------Melo
Marchisio--------Sissoko
----------Diego

----------Zanetti
Camoranesi----Poulsen
----------Giovinco

Excellent midfield depth. And that starting midfield is strong enough defensively to neutralise any attacking midfield, like Barca's or Real's. And it's still very potent offensively, with Diego of course, but Melo and Marchisio being able to contribute in their own way.

I can't wait for the season to start.
