Real madrid have sensationally captured the ownership of Brazilian star Felipe Melo from under the noses of Juventus. Within the last few hours Jorge Valdano and Predrag Mijatovic have come up with a last minute deal involving Royston Drenthe and the Loaning of Mohammed Diarra as well as £18m to prise the Brazilian away from the Old Lady. Reports in Italy this week suggested that the deal was done by Juventus who have already started printing Jerseys with Melos name on it. This will really be a kick in the teeth for the old lady as they recently lost out to agree a fee for Udinese midfielder Gaetano D'Agostino who is Liverpool bound. After being told that Xabi Alonso was valued at £35m was the key factor Real have now turned their attention to the Brazilian. Alessio Secco has been told by the Club to rush back to Florence and re-negotiate with the Viola. Even if it means polishing off Corvino mantle piece, which remains to be seen.

and although our board claimed we have a good transfer season, i think it is semi-bullshit.......we took very very long to sign players..negotiations was very draggy...
and the worst part is that we are NOT GOING TO BUY ANY NEW FULLBACKS!!!!!!!

the purchase of cannavaro is a bad buy because he is bought to play in first team. IF he is to play as a backup, then it would be a good bargain....
