2nd goal is less on Gatti and more on Szymiński and their goalkeeper - it was a poor positioning, poor man marking alongside with a bad communication. See how Gatti didn't attempt to jump because he thought that the cross is covered either by GK or Szymiński
3rd goal on both defenders that were unable to block the shot, first its Brighenti that was unable to block the shot with a proper tackle and then its Gatti who didn't expect it so his reaction was late. And then it's a GK whose reaction on shot was way too late too.
4th goal is a huge mistake by Szyminski

I dont understand the need to use scarse cash on another centre back. We have Danilo and with Gatti coming in the central positions are solid. The flanks however, are not: fullback and wingers are much more of a priority than a €40m Badiashile or whoever. Danilo is as good as any of the other centre backs we're chasing
