I just watched the highlights and he played very constructively, he scored a goal but it was disallowed because he was in an offside position, he could have scored the second goal himself but he passed the ball.

More than guintoli, imo allegri was the main factor in his decline. Allegri coaching methods outdated and forced hard training on a player recovering from acl. Then when he played him he was using him as a wingback. That alone set him back 2 years in growth

Then Palace scored a 97th min winner lol. Good for him though. How long is it since he did his ACL? Seems like only now there are flashes of the player of old. Maybe not the same athleticism but the confidence and lack of fear at least. Turned into a bitter sweet week for him I guess.
