I wish footballers would stop talking about carrying memories in their heart whenever they leave a club, especially when they’ve only been there a short time and not had any real special moments worth remembering. Just enjoy your money and “new challenge” lol

thats what they say on LFC forums - someone to rotate on right wing with Salah and as Momo is in good condition they dont need to invest too much currently.

in the end he got his 7m net wages according to reports.

Where is that experienced transfer market expert RKid? I hope he fucks off from here with this ungrateful overrated crock to that shit city, providing he can pass a medical.
Why are you considering this a victory? The feud with him and his agent should have never made public. We're selling him for book value ffs.

so what you guess guys on how he does at LFC? I would say quite good 5G5A as rotation player.
He's like a not as fast but definitely more skilled Darwin with dodgy legs. He could do extremely well or could miss spend a season injured or returning from injury.

If they keep him healthy he'll smash it in England and I will be full of rage to see them get his best years while we paid him millions to collect lollipops from the most expensive doctors in Europe.

Could have been a Juventus legend. Should have been a Juventus legend. Dammit.

HAHAHA FUCK INTER!!!! I still believe Marotta was trying to poison Chiesa's mind by convincing him to hold out for a year and join Inter on a free. Why else was Marotta lingering around the Italian base camp at the Euro like a bad fart?

I very much doubt it. He's not better than Luis Diaz or Salah.

Could be a good impact sub though and also has higher chances of winning CL with Pool than with JJ.

Great deal for Liverpool. Low price, low risk, suits their system and if he stays fit he'll do well.

13m in this markets seems crazy. Especially when you see McTominay going for double that with a year left on his contract. We've made some nice moves this summer and messed up a few situations. This one has been handled terribly but we obviously became desperate to sell and not lose him for free with Inter lurking.

The argument for this move was that we want to save on the annual cost of Chiesa in comparison to a new winger. It will be interesting compare the annual cost to Nico when you factor in Chiesa was one year from being fully amortised and we make no plusvalenza (possibly a loss).

13m is a bargain for chiesa..even if he misses games a third of the season it I still cheap.

I hope he smashes it and regains his form, for Italy's sake.

Well, not sure if we were desperate to sell.. i see it as

"we wanted to renew and gave a proposal. He stalled till after the euro, assuming he would perform well and have other offers in the intention to bargain.. we said fuck off, you dont get to twist our arm" + the financial benefits of this (if any)

i don't like this. he should have stayed for a few years. now he's signing for a lower salary, juve accounts some plusvalenza, liverpool gets a good player on a cheap though

good luck, it should have ended in a different way. at least he's not going to join inda on a free so joke's on marotta
