I can't get over the fact we lost a potential legend to injuries. He was so good for us and Italy. My favorite player in his time here.
It's J-medical, we have lost so many potential players to injury.

Chiesa being one
Marchisio never recovered to his old self after his ACL
Demiral was very promising but was bad after his ACL
Pjaca was irrelevant after his injury
Quag was mia for multiple seasons after his ACL

and now we get to look forward to the same outcome for Bremer

wth is he still doing in Liverpool? did both him and the club just sleep through the January transfer window? :D
They're very reliant on Salah with a massive drop in quality if he is unavailable. The replacements are quantity not quality. Diaz, Darwin. Jota, Elliot they are alright useful options but not world class. Chiesa is an additional cheap option to this group who may strike gold one day.

From his perspective, Salah is old and might not renew. He's been on insane form and without injuries but thats an anomaly for.a player this age with this many games. If he is injured or rested or leaves at the end of the season Chiesa has a real shot at a starting spot so I am not surprised he is staying.

He must be thinking this is a top team with the only player thats gauranteed ahead of me is old and on last year of contract. If I find my feet this season and overcome my injuries I can replace him when he leaves/or needs a rest
