I actually think his defensive contribution is very good and at least plays a small part in our good form lately. His pressing is very good and he gets back quick into the midfield 4 to help Cuadrado. This could be because he knows Costa is coming on after an hour so he just runs all out.

If he could just even fumble his way into a goal or assist here and there like fucking Simone Pepe or Giaccherini or something...

Hopefully last Berna game for us. Useful in defense, helps out Cuadrado... he is an attacking player ffs. Can't take his man, can't invent shit, can't pass the ball ... and scoring - that is not his thing. Let him move on we need quality here.

If you look at his old videos at Fiorentina, you'll know he's just a broken man. Juve is too big for him. I'm sure he can get his swagger back at Roma.

Guy barely can pass forward nowadays. Only thing that keeps him afloat is his workrate, but it won't last long

Really wanted it to work out having an Italia player as a major player of FW line going forward but appears Berna won't be that player. Poor guy's one shot wasn't even close to target.

The suspense still at its height, the race is very tight and indecisive to know who will be the top scorer of the club.

At the top of the table, Deligt and Buttman are first, taking advantage of the absences of Demiral and chiello, however the Italian and Turkish are back, will they be able to catch up with them?
At the bottom of the league the ranking is just thrilling, will Bernie manage to score more or less goals than Szczesny and Buffon ?

See you at the next game

Bonucci 3 goals
De ligt 3
Danilo 1
Demiral (injury) 1
Chiellini (injury) 1
Buffon 0
Szczesny 0
Bernie 0
