It's not definitive yet, but it's starting to look a bit bleak. It's a "pay up or shut up"-situation. Juve want to include players in the deal, but Viola will have none of it.
Juve will either pay the 45, or back away.
I must admit, I will be quite saddened if we don't land this guy. He's the one I really want out of everyone we're being linked to.

how did you calculate that +35? If we take into account that most of Costa's deal will be paid in 2 years and don't count the 40m this year, we also have to take into account the numerous deals from past for which we have to pay this year, that way we're in deep - not +.
If we ignore the whole installments and obligations thing and just count the full sums of this years arrivals and departures again we're nowhere near +35. I don't think we'll be able to spend 40 for CM, 40 for winger backup and 20 for RB, we're not Milan.
