I think we should vote our mods. Of course I'm not talking about me in this case, but seriously, it's only logical we get to choose our own mods since most nations are democratic.
I also believe that when a member gets banned (someone like me for example) we should have a council of at least 20 members who can cast their vote and not simply 3 or 4 moderators who talk about it in privacy.
It should be made public how many members voted in favour of banning the member and in order for an eventual permanent banning to take place there should be at least 12 members voting yes. Just an idea.
