Exactly. Which explains why I am a great experiment. Imagine me as a mod. Bürke is just fooling around all the time, while I'm the real deal. He'd be a decent moderator in all fairness and is that what you really want? Nah, you want a funny one. Someone who bans people in controversial fashion, someone who keeps the forum alive!
I can't deny it would make things interesting - from the point of view of somebody who doesn't really care anymore - but its never gonna be in the best interests of any community for random bannings to be commonplace. And Burke would be an awful moderator, fairly obviously.

conclusion:we need more moderators,I know they are doing god job,and forum is calm now,but sometimes, and specially in match threads,it's getting wild there, that's why 1 or 2 more moderators will not harm.I would suggest Jeeks,Dominic,Erik,Tom these guys would do the job, ofcourse if they accept being Mod.

your comment?

I think Bürle would change if he were to become a moderator. Suddenly he would act all reasonable. I would be reasonable as well, till the extent I'd be banning people with a perfectly reasonable explanation while it's still fairly obvious something isn't right. Like Anselnus proving the existence of God.

If it were only that easy.

If Burke were to actually become mod, do you really think he would actually go round banning random people? No. Because then he wouldnt be mod anymore. Even he is capable of that logical thought pattern. Jesus, give the guy a little credit.

This vote is flawed. Swag may have the most votes but that doesnt mean he's the most popular or best moderator. Its just that out of the people who voted, his dominant personality characteristics were more preferrable at the time.

that's what I warned in my first post.If the voting was about the favourite member out of those,he would get my vote.

and I am sure most of Zlatan's votes there are Zlatan Ibrahimovic fans, they tought it's him not Zlatan Balta..J/K :D

swag gets my vote, he wins by faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar that I can't describe. He's the only moderator that is close to the members, the others try.

So we should hire mods on the premise that they might work out ok.. rather than people that post reasonably and maturely anyway?
