I'll take it and let's over with that.
with 9 more points,we'll have 5 points now,and we have another game with Brescia,if we win.....8 points,when Genoa(1st place have 12).

Good!:agree:

Thats true, and I m OK with that, but wouldnt it be more nice to have all the 13 points we earned so far and to be on top of the league?

Then the doubtful staying players like Buffon, Camo, Trez would stay for sure, Juve would get back to Serie B instantly and we would get back to our old level in less than 5 years!

Not to mention that some players would sign easier for us and we would lose less money.

I think we will go to serie A also with our -17 points. It would be more difficult but we would also make it.

I would not like to risk with that.

I mean, season is long, you dont know what can you expect.

For now everything is really going superb and as planned, but when injuries, referee "mistakes" and bad luck comes, you never know!

I would also like that<we get less than -17. would make it a lot easier and we could be at top of the table soon.

Well, sources are so contradicting regarding this...

There are afew sources that say that it will take from 15-20 days until the verdicts are revealed...

Calciopoli trio go to arbitration
Wednesday 11 October, 2006

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Juventus, Milan and Lazio will all present their cases to the CONI court of arbitration today in an attempt to get their Calciopoli point penalties cut.

The trio were all handed punishments for their part in this summer’s match-fixing saga and today’s hearing represents their last chance, via the sporting courts, to appeal.

Fiorentina, a fourth club to be docked points in the scandal, will have their appeal heard by the court on Thursday.

“We are hoping to get the same sentence as all the other teams,” said Juventus President Giovanni Cobolli Gigli.

“I am confident that CONI – the Italian Olympic Committee – will treat us in the right way because we have paid a lot with the relegation into Serie B.”

The Turin giants, who already had a 30 point penalty reduced to 17 after a first appeal, are optimistic that another cut is in line.

"We are serene ahead of the sentence," said Juventus chief executive Jean-Claude Blanc last night.

"We have a big handicap, having been demoted to Serie B and given a 17-point punishment, but just as we respected the previous sentence, we will also respect the next one.

"However, we do hope to have a fair sentence which will give the players the necessary condition to have a more acceptable challenge."

The fresh verdicts are expected to be revealed towards the end of the month, with 15 days being touted as a possible timescale.

Speculation by various sources in the Italian media insist that all the clubs will see a reduction in their penalties.

Juventus started the campaign on minus 17, Milan on minus eight, Lazio on minus 11 and Fiorentina on minus 19.

Looks like it.

I mean those bastards just blinked their eyes and Juventus have to play in Serie B, now it takes them half a month to decide on reduction of a few lousy points off the penalty.

I hate this system.

well, i'd like to win us seria b with -17 deduction. i'm sure we are capable of doing this. of course, the reduction of penalty would let us feel safier..
That would make it harder but would show everybody what we are able to do.
