A couple of days ago dictator Rossi said that in the Concialiazione of Coni appeal, the most Juve could get were the 3 matchdays field ban cancelled. Of coruse he should have no say in what the courts decide (even though we know this is not the truth). Today Petrucci, the head of Coni (that is, btw, the Italian Olympyc National Commitee) answered him that the courts have complete autonomy.

Who knows, maybe Petrucci is starting to regret having put him at the head of the federation. Rumors say that when he chose Rossi, he didn't know he was a member of Inter's board :dazed:

Among other things, Rossi also said that the press is insolent.

You know why? Because, after having spent months helping him, they are now slowly starting to talking about something strange going on, about how the punishments have been irrational and so on.
Now he wants to control journalists too. :yuck:

The good news is that some Juventini have sued him in these days for the fake passport affair. It'll most probably be useless, but it is something.

And you know what?

It seems that Juve is going to hire Jean Louis Dupont, who was the lawyer of the Bosman case. On July 18th he won a cause about the (exaggerate) economic damages caused by penalizations inflicted by sportive courts. :agree:

Would this mean going to TAS instead of TAR?

I think Moggi could charge him a consulting fee.

Forza Juve per sempre...
I felt like saying it....

They are trying so hard to distroy Juve.. But they are only making us stornger....

Forza Juve...

I say lets appeal and screw their asses.. One has to say, that we shouldn't be so optimistic about the appeal result. This is a political and financial war. The target is Juve.... Juve will prevail.. And they will all cry like the baby ronaldo in the end..

I don't know exactly when it'll be announced.

I hope for B with (almost) no penalization points. We can't take a -30/20 A, and "B" will make our fearless managers appeal further.
