i'm satisfied about lazio, fiorentina and milan because this will strengthen the serie A and the return of milan to the champions also will increase italian chances to win it. but i'm amazed aout the difference in the treatement between us and fiorentina and lazio.

NEWS FLASH (watching SKY Italia now)

Cobolli Gigli, Juventus president just announced that the club will not accept the virdict and they are going to take the matter to the court of justice!

Regarding Cannavaro: Juventus have NOT SIGNED for the selling of Cannavaro - he went on his own!

Well, slaps on the wrists all around -- although Juve gets a punishment they (though not the fans, players) likely deserved. It's not fair, but this is Calciopoli.

The worst news of all I see of this is there's nothing that gives me any kind of hope that this won't happen again in Serie A in a couple of seasons.

You really don't know a lot about the whole issue huh do you?

Could a court convict Juventus? I'm sure that, with a little bending of the rules (after all, there's still no such thing as hard proof) they could. Should, if Juventus convicted, they do the same to Milan, Lazio and Fiorentina? They most definitely should, considering the fact they violated the same articles. That Meani, with Galliani's approval, did what Moggi did should translate in an equal punishment not in Serie A with CL.
That you mentioned consent from Galliani suggests to me that it's you who're not exactly 'clued up'.

The weight of evidence against Juve is vast. Far more than against Lazio and Fiorentina and a solar system from Milan. Why on earth would you expect similar punishments between the sides, which is basically what you're all looking for? If you'd fiddled the league for two years (at least) and Fiorentina and Lazio bought a few games apiece (which is basically what happened), why should you share the same division? You may have violated the same articles but there are degress of violation. Remember that.
