If Quag really accepted the offer, it looks like he's going to leave this summer. Either he wants to leave to fight for WC2014 spot or he's been told by Conte he's not really needed here. Too bad, great player to have coming off the bench and it won't be easy saying goodbye to the 2011/12 team, I love them all.

The mods should moderate here way harder from now on, I would hate to see him leave with bunch of sell and he's shit posts celebrating his departure, this forum is meant for Juventus after all not Inter.
If Gilardino made it to Italy squad this year, well Quag should obviously try it. Playing time is what he needs. Doubt that Conte said anything like that.

He merits the spot more than Gilardino under current circumstances anyway.. Prandelli for some reason just hasn't given him a run since returning from injury; he'd be a solid bench option for the Azzurri in Brasil, he was after all our stand-out striker in South Africa with less than half a game to his name!

Quag was the first true panic buy, what a day that was. :touched:
Haha, yea. Can never forget. :touched:

Continuity is key. In a world cup year especially. Quag has been extremely unlucky at his time at Juve, and still managed to prove himself when given the chance.

Gila is Prandelli's blue eyed boy. No way will he lose his spot. That said, I'd say Quag is easily one of the better striker options in Italy at the moment. He would have a chance to earn his place on a WC squad with regular game time.

Juve reject Norwich Quag bid
Juventus are believed to have turned down an £8.7million bid from Norwich for striker Fabio Quagliarella. Norwich may return with an improved offer, while Southampton and WBA have also been credited with an interest.
