Imagine relying on Quag to feed balls to his strike partner.

"Llorente wide open in the box, just a simple through ball needed. Quag on the ball, moves right, here's the pa... errr he shoots - fires it over the bar from 40 yards out. Another chance gone begging for Juve against Sassuolo and the game is still tied at 0-0."

or
"Quag has it, has the whole team to beat, Llorente is running into space, Quag flicks it up and bicycle kick passes it to Llorente, Llorente volleys it into the top right corner, quag and llorente run around the ground together in celebration."

Won't be enough. They still might want to sell Quag because he didn't run diagonally into chest bump Llorente followed by a somersault after the goal celebration.

yeah, he is so arrogant, everyone in the team hates him,

remember when people said that he hates the team because he wasn't smiling after a match or something :sergio:

Sure, nothing wrong with thinking like that. But to say he should be the first one out is a fallacy coz he's been more impactful overall than both Gio and Matri.

True. But other factors probably mean that he WILL be the first. Matri has a very long term contract and Gio, well, youth product, recently bought, potential wide player and all that.

I could be wrong about this but Matri has a contract that has an extra year over Quag, and that might be coz of his age. Speaking of which, his age is more likely to get us more money on the mercato thereby making him more sellable than Quag as far as raising cash goes. Gio being recently bought is perhaps less of a reason for retaining him than how we feel we could use him. He is definitely a wider player than how we used him this term, but again that depends on us shifting away from the 352. It's unlikely but could be possible if we sign the like of Diamanti or Nani to make the switch. As things stand, I wouldn't play the 433 for Pepe and Giovinco.

Why no teams have made offers for quag and Mtri anyways?

Most teams should know we are looking for new strikers...and this 2 guys still got goals in their boots.

I dont want quag to be sold... but is weird to me that none have offered anything for him. if i was a mid tabl team, i would have started negotiations for them long time ago
