I would take Quag any day over Gio and Matri. Quag has never had a run of games under Conte and he still delivers more than Matri and Gio who gets much more game time than Quag. Quag still looks hungry for success and keeps trying i love him.

If not for that, he'd definitely have more minutes that Matri and possibly Gio. He has himself to blame for that, but saying Conte doesn't rate him is silly, of course he does, he wouldn't have given him a season after that injury to recover if he didn't trust in Fabio.

Then it really is testament to his ability, if what you say is true, he worked his way back the pecking order to perhaps even overtake Gio in Conte's preferences toward the end of season. Though next season, him and Matri may go, depending on who comes.

I think that was more about zero sell value and interest from other teams. When everyone is fit he is 3 or 4 choice in a pack of mediocre attackers. The sensible thing to do is sell and bring more quality.
