We've played games in three different competitions since then and Quag has not seen one minute. Stop deluding yourself.

He'll come back and play soon enough, maybe even this weekend, but this punishment is not surprising nor unwarranted.
Shaktar was always going to be debatable between him and Gio. I reckon Gio's speed in an away game like that is what got him the start. Quag if you remember was banned for e Coppa game. If anything, it was the Palermo game that would be the strongest signal yet, not just because of the bench role, but not even coming on as a sub, wi both Matri and Bendtner being ahead. I'd imagine that to change by the weekend.

The punishment is completely warranted if he did what everyone assumes he did (abuse/question the orders of the coach). While that isn't up for discussion, the extent of the punishment could be in this scenario.

Because he has shown himself to have been very patient and mature with the role he has assumed post the injury. He's not the kind of player with a history of backlash against authority. While what he did was not acceptable, I could probably understand his frustration being in good form, and having earned his way back in the team, he's subbed despite being the better forward in the game. Most players would react negatively. I don't think its personal, clearly his impulse played up in the moment.

Good game. Deserved a goal with that cameo, neither him or Gio had much support since the game was already over. Everybody was taking shots randomly near the box. Was good to see how hungry he was, moved well, linked well, had strong shots on goal. But of course, people will question him asking for the ball, and call him whiny. When Licht does it, it's a great attitude, but when Quag does people think he's selfish/whiny. Classic tuz.

I'm glad he played and he looked sharp. I want him to stay, although he did fuck up, he's still one of our better strikers and we need him.

Despite being almost a month since he got a game, it was good to see him hit the ground running. His hunger shows how badly he wants to win his place back and that was good to see IMO. Looked lively and dangerous, hopefully, more game time to come and help his continuity.

He would have scored if he started.
True.

He should quit bitching every time he doesn't get a pass. So annoying.

The fuck up against Milan was not his first incident. He is just a moron.

Virtually everytime a shot/pass went past him he complained.

Looked decent though, you know the first thing on his mind when he gets the ball is to take a shot. Not the worst thing for our team.

When did he do it else?
His elbow in the Coppa Italia final was pretty moronic.

I don't like his attitude.
But Licht is DA bomb!? Treq, that's kind of funny. I wonder what your comments are based on? His reaction in the inter game? Or for getting into good scoring positions and being in good form as a striker. What's wrong in asking for the ball?? Thankfully, Conte thinks differently, and he's gotten a game quicker than the know it all's predicted, assuming he's played his last game for the club.

It's one thing not to be a fan of the player. But to justify it through pointers that don't exist, is just sad. Replace him with Vucinic and Gio, and give them Quags timeline at the club and they'd not have done much better. I rather have a guy who is the top scorer ask for the ball, than not. Its not whining, it's hunger to score in the first 40 mins he's had this past month.

Whats up with your gay love for this guy? Open your eyes man. Quag is a douchebag. He is not a bad player and I am glad he got his form back but he's not that good. His long range shooting is the only thing that is really good.
