Based on the overall picture. The player he is, his skills, his professionalism. I just find him awesome, and I happen to think that he's the most dangerous striker we have. He's slowly coming back to his 2010-form now, and as he is only 28, I think it's a wise decision to keep him.
I like him a lot and I believe he'll recapture his old form... I also think it's wise to keep him.
I was only mentioning this season, as he only started playing well lately... :tup:

Turned 29 a few months ago (January).

31.5 when contract expires in '14, now 32.5 if it's extended a further year.

Not really a big deal, I guess.
