Theres no doubt we need a new striker (a prima punta), but if Quag performs like this for the rest of the season than we should sign him also as he's quite versatile.

The only forward we have right now who should be there next season. Del Piero cant go another season surely, only if our funds are limited and we cant get more than 1 or 2 forwards in.

But Quags and 2 more, 1 being a striker and another being more creative...we shouldhave a good balance upfront.

Provided DP retires, IQ and Amauri are sold, i dont see why we couldnt bring in a couple of quality forwards and buy Quags outright.

But that does not mean anything. He is good now and we all hope he continues to perform but if the chance rises to get better forwards, then we don't have to buy Quagliarella, even though I like him a lot.

I don't know why most of you think we are even going to consider not bringing Quaq over permantly. The loan sum paid for him is wayy to much to just be using him for one season, plus he has become a intricate part of Del Neri's system. I would like to us lower his price via negotiations, then sell Amauri for dirt cheat, keep iaquinta (he can at least score), and then buy Dzeko and Neymar and have the latter be bough by another club. Although that still looks like to much
