Baggio's arguments are always the same. Baggio face it Quagliarella is 30, he isn't a starter and he obviously isn't one of Conte's favorites. Matri on the other hand is 28, doesn't mind to come off the bench, and he believes that his time is based on his preformance. For Matri to get 8 goals here in a season if great as a sub. But Quag the best thing that happened to Juve scored 4 goals in the cl and suddenly he is amazing? No, Quag had one okay season and thats it, he isnt good. Both are decent, they both have their qualities and obviously quags is only good at hiding behind his coat and talking shit or shooting when he sees the goal.
So that's why he started more in the CL :derp: I stopped reading after that

Matri gets 8 goals in his season as a sub, it's GREAT.
Quag gets 9 goals in his season as a sub, AND HE'S SHIT. (THIS OF COURSE IS APART FROM THE 4 CL goals)

And my arguments are always the same? This is what is amazing actually, more than Quag,

That's not the point.

Such clubs are interested in a player like Matri. Quag can only attract clubs like those mentioned above. That speaks volume. You're just soooo biased you can't see that. That't not my fault.
You do realise, Lazio, Sociedad and Zenit are also interested in Quag (GdM even mentioned Napoli meeting his agent recently to reduce his wages), in addition to Norwich and Southampton. There is a big difference between an official bid and enquiring about the availability of a player as has been the case with Matri You are only hearing about Norwich and Southampton coz they're probably talking about bids. Slight difference mate. Everyday there is varying news on the player with widest market. One day they say Quag, one day Matri and one day Vucinic. We are only ever going to know when the player is actually sold, what money they command and which clubs showed interest.

Matri's genes are so good he's de facto 25 years old.
Still had the first touch of a 35 year old. :D :p

Poor guy had a career threatening injury after a great start at Juve. Missed half a season and then coming back from the injury he didn't perform well for a season. But the comeback he made was great last season. Best option as a sub for us.

Yea, but it's his fault apparently. It should not be used as an argument that he had a career threatening injury. And as a result, he had less than a handful of 90 minute appearances that season. Almost identical to Isla's case this season. All his fault.

Also, it's GREAT that Matri scored 8 goals as a sub. But Quag scored 9 (apart from the CL), it doesn't matter, he's 30 and shit and deserves Norwich coz that's all he's good for. Just the arguments coz someone dislikes a player they once liked. Simply because the poor guy didn't get the continuity he deserved.

Juventuz :touched:

I have a feeling the Quag & Matri threads will be locked soon

I love the logic, it just makes so much sense. And you know, I actually think Padoin is better than Schweinsteiger, I mean if you take out what Schweini did in the CL, Bundesliga and German Cup then Padoin is definitely way better.
