Not at all. I couldn't be happier!

Very good game by him, and a superb goal!

Credit where it's due.
Never considers you a hater J83. Just for the record. You've never been one of the annoying bitches who come around asking for him to be sold for every error he makes in a game. I know you're a Matri fanboy, but that's ok. All I've asked from day one is for people to see his game time and decide at the end of the season. So far, he is BY far the most lethal forward we have. And it makes me laugh and cry when people try to include him in all sorts of swap deals and value him at 5m. It's sad really. Quag has never enjoyed anything but knee jerk reactions on this forum in good times and bad. He has deserved a little more after having see sme pretty tough times at this club due to injury and tactics.

Great performance and what impressed me the most was the hard work put in.
Not the first time you've said that this season. I'm guessing that's a massive compliment to player and says a lot about his ability when one of his BIGGEST haters acknowledges his game on more than one occasion.

No he's not. His laziness alone drops him below Quag.
Not to mention his inconsistency (depending on which side of he bed he gets out of). It is the one thing I've always disliked, on occasions (as he's done at Roma) he can totally dismantle opposing teams, yet on other days it is like playing with 10 men... He's so randomly temperamental.

Quagliarella RETE!!! :tuttosport::tuttosport::tuttosport::tuttosport::tuttosport::tuttosport:

If he goes on playing the same way, he'd have to be kept. I have to agree.
He cannot go on playing the same way of you give him one game out of every 5 that you play. You have to persist with him the way we do with Giovinco, and you will have somebody who can give you a real headache in selection even in the presence of a top player. This guy is a very unique player. He is NOT a superstar. But he is one of those unique guys who can turn a game at any moment with imagination and ability that sometimes even a superstar may not have in that moment of a game. You cannot practice these things. This is the kind of instinct you are only gifted with. Quag has that gift.

For the amount of game time Giovinco gets, as our our forward with most minutes and is still a goal or two behind Quag who has had the least time off the four. I'd like to think Conte has his favorites, yes.
Okay, that's just a weird belief to me.

I just think Conte realises that Quag is inconsistent and that's why he doesn't usually play. The times he does start is probably when he's showing good form in training. But generally, Quag doesn't have a series of good games when he gets the chance to start games in succession.

Quag's only problem is that he's incompatible with Vucinic.

The guy scored and was good when played with Capitano, Matri or Bendtner. Just Vucinic or Gio dont suit him.

Sounds like a superstar.

I agree. And he's not particularly good at other aspects of the game other than being unpredictable. You never know what you're gonna get with him and he cannot play the style Conte is going for. Good bench player but I see why he doesn't start more often.

And Gio is consistent? Also, now that you brought it up, can you tell me how many games Quag has started in succession at any point in the last two seasons? If your answer is under 4 or 5, then you can't prove his inconsistency. Also, assuming our biggest problem has been putting the goal in the back of the net, isn't he due a run with his strike rate? And he still doesn't get game. That's where your question is answered.
