All good things in the first half in the final third came via Quags. In the second half until the goal he was quite missing. He did put in the corner which Chiellini headed right into Sorentino. Our best corner all game, until the next one that is.

so important that he got his goals today. went close before he scored, and i fear a goaless match would have hurt his confidence hard. now he is on a roll, and ready to trash fiorentina.

Ah this is so good, all those idiots and footjob experts who thought Quag was behind bendtener in the pecking order and that Quag was dead weight we were carrying, please dont feel ashamed now and just go kill yourself.

Forza Quag, thx for a perfect birthday present :flag3:
He was deadweight, he hasn't been for the past two games and by Ghaal I hope he keeps it up :agree:
Congrats again @baggio. Really glad that Quag is proving us wrong. Keep on the good work!
He even scored a Qtube goal :D

Good to see him play well.
Guess baggio saw something none of us really saw. Really happy for you and your boy.

Hope we can squeeze every ounce of Quag's present form.
Baggio surely jizzed his pants tonight?
Deadly, unlocked Sorrentino.
@baggio it looks the goal sparked him into beast mode indeed :D
@K he was our saviour, atleast today :p
Finished. Fifth choice. Sellalella. Dead wood. Amauri'esque.

Quag forgives you all. :D

Thank you for all the mentions and being objective about the situation. I'm really glad for him more than anything because I've considered him to be one of the unluckiest players in the past year. And most of all, I'm really glad the club continued to believe in him. We could do with some Quaglity. :)

As for tonight, legenfuckingdary. MV, my maain man, Quag jerseys coming up? :p

Quagliarella: 'My greatest week'
By Football Italia staff

“This has been one of the greatest weeks of my life,” grinned Fabio Quagliarella after clinching decisive points against Chelsea and Chievo.

The Juventus striker netted a late equaliser in Wednesday’s 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge, then bagged a brace for tonight’s 2-0 victory.

“This has been one of the greatest weeks of my life. Today I wanted to prove that I was ready and I think I did that,” he told Sky Sport Italia.

“It was obviously very pleasing to receive a standing ovation from fans when substituted and I thank them. It means I did my duty.

“Will I start against Fiorentina on Tuesday? We’ll see. I will ensure that I am ready when called upon and I feel in good shape, then it is up to the Coach to decide.”

So happy for him :touched:

I love his humility. And more than that, I loce the belief he had in himself, to stay at Juve and fight for his place, knowing full well he was fourth or fifth in the pecking order. Hats off.
