It's almost as if this term carries a different meaning for everybody.
For me? Fuck-ups can be legends, that term doesn't neccessarily need to be positively connotated. It essentially means that 20 years down the road JJ fans will curse or praise him. Nobody will remember Tici in 3 days. He was unremarkable and average both in personality and achievement. While staying here for 10 years he neither contributed to the rise nor should be held responsible for the fall, both achievements are Beppe's and AA's.

It would save alot of everyones time if TUZ create a middle tier
It makes no sense to put Rugani for example in same level of lets say Molinaro
Paratici was here for 19 trophies and to some extent he had a hand in it
Cant be rookie and probably not to the level of a Legend like the triads

For what we know this guy could have scouted and proposed Pogba just as much as Jorge Martinez, as he was our chief scout during this entire time.
