Don't bother, bro.
He knows that what I am saying is right. He is a smart guy.
Mathematics works with fixed numbers.
You can't just add or take something from thin air.
He says the same things I do, only treating the deals separately and involving club economics and FFP in the mix.

My problem with what he is saying, because he is right in his assessment, is that he refuses to acknowledge that Arthur's 82 million, outgoing on our books are correlated with Pjanic 60 million incoming in our books, or he just omits the fact.

Saying Arthur is 82 million without putting Pjanic (60 million) in context is like me reporting on a bus accident crash saying that " Medical workers where out of their depth and 15 people died as result", convinently refusing to aknowledging that they saved another 30, just so I can make them look bad.

Hmmm since when was the coming of higuain conditioned by the sale of pogba.
If I recall pogba went to man utd not Napoli.

But the coming of Arthur is conditioned by the sale of Pjanic, or you think Juve would have payed 82 million for Arthur without selling Pjanic?

The negotiations went probably this way.
Barca asked 30 + Pjanic
Juve offered 15 +Pjanic
And both clubs settled at 22 + Pjanic, for Arthur.
After they discussed how much they need to overinflate their prices for ffp reasons.

Paratici does plenty of wrong himself but the way some posters provide only contextual proof for some of his alleged wrongs is laughable.
Since we couldnt afford Higuain without selling Pogba. Its still 90m even if we got most of it in sales and we definitely splashed way too much for Higuain in hindsight. And Arthur also looks to be money down the drain so far, how much money - that depends on how you value Pjanic, but the total number for sure isnt a small one.

Correct. You can value Pjanic whatever you want and that is Arthur's value, after adding +22 million.

It works different. In the books, the fee of a transfer is spread over the duration of the contract the new player signed.

What Barcelona and Juventus did, was looking how much money but clubs needed in order to not record a loss and don’t get into problems with FFP.

So we signed Arthur for 72m, he costs ~15 + gross salary per year in the books. We bought Pjanic for less, and although he had a higher salary he was cheaper than Arthur currently is for us.

Its also why we extended the contracts of Pjaca and Pellegrini for example. Their amortization value dropped because of extending their contracts

Pjanic is basically sacrificed in order to not get into problems with the FFP. It’s the same as happened a year before that with Spina and Pellegrini.

That’s the reason why some people are complaining that Arthur didn’t add much to our financial health, besides saving our asses for 1 financial year.

Correct me if I’m wrong @s4tch

Bro, understand that my point was never to contest ffp calculations.
I only contested him saying that for him arthur is 82 million on our books(true) , overlooking Pjanic 60 million going out.

If I want to make Paratici look bad, I would say that he bought Arthur for 82 and not mention the sale of Pjanic for 60 million.(omitting)

That's why I said that the value of Arthur is Pjanic + 22 million and you can insert whatever value you like.

Saying Paratici bought Arthur for 82 million is false as without the sale of Pjanic there is no Arthur.

I hope I made myself clear this time.

Could you explain it for me one more time.
Idk about the rest but after reading all the above posts i'd much rather see you explain to us how much you'd think that Scamacca a.k.a the young Ibrahimovic will be worth in plusvalenza if we sell him after half a year? Now that'd surely be more entertaining!

"Corriere della Sera reports how the Perugia Prosecutors are reconstructing the Suarez case, as the Uruguayan was on the verge of signing with Juventus last summer.

The newspaper reveals sporting director Paratici found out about the lack of a European citizenship after he had reached an agreement worth €10m with the player.

Even if he was convinced that Suarez already had a European passport, ‘as the specialised sites said’, he double checked with the player’s agent after having reached an agreement on August 30.

“He doesn’t have a European passport,” the agent replied, according to Corriere della Sera...."

"...Suarez also confirmed he had agreed a pre-contract with Juve for one year, plus one or two further years with a withdrawal clause in favour of the Old Lady after the first season.

But Paratici then realised he didn’t have a passport and contacted the Minister of Transport.

“He told me that Juve were buying Suarez and the agreement was almost done,” she said, according to the newspaper.

“They realised he had no community passport, which emerged after the negotiation was almost concluded and therefore the requirement of citizenship was essential for the successful completion of the operation....”

So naive with the Pirlo appointment and our midfield is a disaster, especially when you look at what it was. To think our big midfield signing isn't even good enough to get a game, despite all the weaknesses specs volumes.
