Juventus Football Club confirms that today Fabio Paratici has been notified of information regarding the guarantee and the right of defense. The crime alleged by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Perugia is exclusively Article 371 bis of the Criminal Code.

The Club strongly reiterates the correctness of Paratici's work and is confident that the ongoing investigations will help clarify his position within a reasonable time.

there are criminal charges, simply brilliant.

this is the referred article of the criminal code:

so he allegedly made false statements during the investigation. what kind of christian are you, fabio?! lying to a persecutor? bad boy.

Just think about the insane lack of planning and foresight that it takes to find yourself in a situation where you are bribing people to change someone's fucking nationality.
You talk like he is criminal already !!!

Fabio did great job for this club and dragging his name in the muds is not acceptable

haters just deal with it .... he is innocent

Look at Inter's roster and say that again. They are in deep shit with their ageing and overpaid players, even more so than us. We just need to get rid of AssRapist7 (and kick fucking useless BonBon outta here) and we are good to go (I expect Sami to just disappear).
You can thank Conte for that.

Surely this can’t result in a relegation, can it?

Calciopoli, despite being a sham, was a much more serious allegation on the surface than this one.

Anything more than a fine or a possible suspension for the man would be crazy. Even a points deduction.

Of course no relegation ....

But really it is tough on Juve on all the levels, from the management to the players .... we are always under the microscope for any tiny noise ....

and how much hard they try ( Juve) , at the first weakness case .... we will get exposed heavily ...

am sure Fabio has no intention for false doing here but maybe fallen on asking some kind of favoritism here ...

But who hired Conte at the first place ??

I think the worst case scenario is that Paratici will get a football ban.
Maybe a transfer ban on non-EU players for Juve. That's about it.
There's no way we get relegated for this. I will stop watching football forever if we do.

Regardless of the outcome, it was extremely dumb of Paratici to let his guard down like this. Our default interaction with anyone should be as if we are being secretly recorded.

This may sound like Alex Jones' line of thinking but I seriously hope that we have the Juve offices, etc regularly scanned for bugs.

regardless of everything, it's just like we can't get a break.

Napoli again files against the 3-0 result,
Paratici being investigated for providing false information,
CR's brother is investigated for selling fake shirts.

I know the club probably is not be responsible for any of these (definitely not CR's brother lol), but it still damages our image.

Oh ...

so lets give Napoli the chance of match repeat and we save Fabio .... fair enough
that match is completely unrelated

paratici was an idiot though if he really handled that situation himself, and if he lied to the prosecutor. let's see how good our attorneys are.

so, who the fuck tapped the phones this time? is this a routine procedure in clown country that you're being tapped 7/24 and illegal recordings accepted as evidence?
And whose phone is wiretaped and What false information from Paratici that investigated?

This case baffled me. I remember that we recruited Morata before Suarez has the test.
Also all the publication in Football Italia made this case looks worse. Suarez dont even get his Italian Citizenship so what is the big fuss
