I guess a sell is out of question now, but could a loan still be an option at this stage? I personally think he is more likely to stay around.
Well we did renew Rugani and now put him up to sell so... :boh:

P.S I know its not the same thing... but with Juventus you never know

arthur renewed before he left for fiorentina. mandzukic was put on the stands a few months after his renewal. evra just signed an extension out of respect for utd before he was sold to juve. in some cases an extension means nothing, players can stay or leave regardless

Looking at the presentation for his renewal it sure doesn’t seem like he is planing to leave, and it also tells us a bit about the plans of the club regarding him, i think he will get his opportunity in this first year under Motta, whereas the long renewal means a loan might be more of an option next year in case he still doesn’t confirm here.

keeping him is priority because he is an Italian but Soule and Huijsen most likely are goner.

Miretti is impressing Motta in training along with Adzic and Locatelli. I think Miretti will stay, Motta has always made it clear those who start are those who have earned it through the meritocracy of hard work.

It's Albanese reporting, probably bullshit. Plus the guys like Douglas Luiz and Fagioli are still not there
Fagioli is there, he actually returned a few days earlier than anticipated.

Damn, all that money spent on CMs when we could've just used the CMs we have at home.
Not quite, we need healthy competition for places.

That's so professional and admirable of Fagioli. After the extremely tiring season and EURO that he had, he deserves some rest, but here he is coming back earlier than anticipated. Such a hero.
Actually it says alot about the guy that he's willing to cut his holiday short to fight for his place.

Unlike chiesa who decides to get married during pre season just to get extra time off.
