They seem to be very confident about this car, they have put a lot of work into it over the past seasons. Without a doubt theyll be contending for the championship but if they can't win with this then I doubt they will for a long time.

I think it's cultural - marketing mix.
You should deal with crappy dealers and shitty support, to prove you are worthy and really want to be owner of a ferrari.
Many of the luxury brands are following this (ferrari) strategy last couple of years.
Ferrari back where they belong, finally. Hopefully they can keep it consistent over the season. Heck even alfa look good.
Merc on the other hand look surprisingly slow
Man F1 finally looks interesting again. The last season I enjoyed was the 2016 one where Rosberg won. I dont really like Verstappen either, so last season was meh. The other seasons from 2014 to now were just unwatchable.
Is it me or RB+DRS are just unbeatable. Verstappen hasn't been vulnerable position in DRS zone, not even once, even at vary end, after SC, LeClair couldn't overtake even that close to Verstappen in DRS zone
