I think this formation can do well today, although I actually prefer when we play with a 3 man defense (since it gives us more power forward). But considering we have a 2-1 lead, Ajax will be forced forward, so it's probably right to focus on defending and try to counter attack.
But for "normal" games, I hate this formation, cause we simply don't create enough with it.
